Our Products

Treatment Area: Brain and cerebrovascular arteries.

Associated Treatments:

  • Stent retrievers, flow diverters, and embolic protection devices address blockages, aneurysms, or emboli in brain blood vessels.
  • Aneurysm clips and coils treat weakened or bulging blood vessels in the brain.
  • Microcatheters provide access through complex brain anatomy.

Treatment Area: Peripheral and central blood vessels, including the legs, arms, and major veins/arteries such as the aorta and vena cava.

Associated Treatments:

  • Vascular closure devices seal access points in arteries after procedures.
  • Self-expanding vascular stents restore blood flow in arteries (e.g., femoral, iliac).
  • Vena cava filters are placed in the vena cava to prevent blood clots.
  • Aortic and peripheral grafts repair aneurysms or occluded vessels in the abdomen, chest, or limbs.

Treatment Area: Heart, specifically valves, chambers, septum, and appendages.

Associated Treatments:

  • Septal Defect Closures: Repairs congenital defects like atrial septal defects (ASD).
  • TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement): Replaces a failing aortic valve.
  • Mitraclip and Mitral Valve Repair: Treats mitral valve regurgitation.
  • Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO): Closes the left atrial appendage to prevent clots in atrial fibrillation patients.

Treatment Area: Major blood vessels in the abdomen, chest, and limbs.

Associated Treatments:

  • Thrombectomy devices: Remove blood clots from arteries, restoring blood flow.
  • Occluders: Close abnormal blood vessels or defects.
  • Aneurysm repair devices: Reinforce blood vessel walls in areas of aneurysms.

Treatment Area: Esophagus, stomach and pylorus, small intestine, colon and rectum, fistulas and perforations.

Associated Treatments:

  • Biliary Stenting: Keeps bile ducts open, restoring flow and relieving blockages caused by tumors, stones, or inflammation.
  • Gastric Plication: Minimally invasive techniques for reducing stomach volume to treat obesity.
  • Esophageal Stenting: Maintains patency in the esophagus, allowing for relief from strictures or obstruction caused by tumors or diseases.

Treatment Area: Head and Mouth.

Associated Treatments:

  • Dental Elevators: Tools used in surgical procedures for tooth extraction and root elevation.
  • Arch wires: Precision-engineered components for orthodontic applications, guiding teeth into proper alignment.

Treatment Area: Pelvis

Associated Treatments:

  • Gynecological Stenting: Temporary devices used to maintain patency in gynecological procedures or treat obstructions.
  • IUD Placement: Devices designed for long-term, reversible contraception.
  • Uterine Fibroid Treatment: Non-invasive or minimally invasive interventions to shrink or remove fibroids.
  • Fallopian Tube Occlusion: Permanent birth control methods through tubal occlusion techniques.

Our Standard Development Engagement

Professional Services

World-renowned experts in design, materials science, and regulatory strategy partner with you from day one. We help you define the right inputs, explore alternatives, and build your project on a foundation designed for success.

Feasibility

Whether evaluating a novel concept or defining performance requirements through functional samples, MedRes delivers purpose-driven feasibility studies with first articles that are supported by dimensional, mechanical, and simulated-use data.

Prototyping

Accelerate your development with fast-turn prototyping. Our dedicated team specializes in producing small-lot builds to support early testing and design refinement—keeping your program moving and your team informed.

Design Verification (DV) Builds

When it’s time to run for record, we’re ready. MedRes supports DV testing with traceable components, structured documentation, and process controls that meet the stringent requirements of regulatory submission and review.

Production Readiness

From process validation to full-scale production launch, we ensure a smooth, confident handoff. Our global teams have successfully commercialized hundreds of components and complete medical devices—ready to do the same for you.

Core Service Areas

Laser Cutting

Our multi-mode lasers cut both tubing and flat stock with extreme precision, supporting complex geometries and tight tolerances essential for next-gen medical devices.

Shape Setting

The ShapeMaker™ System combines precise thermal profiling and predictive analytics to form reliable, high-performance geometries in demanding implant designs.

De-Oxidation

Mechanical and chemical methods remove oxide layers, revealing a clean base metal surface ready for further processing or end use.

Electropolishing

Our NiTiShine™ System creates smooth, corrosion-resistant finishes that enhance fatigue strength and biocompatibility in Nitinol components.

Characterization & Testing

We provide critical insights across development with dimensional checks, transformation temperatures, radial force, and simulated deployment testing.
